Double or Twin Garden Bungalow   $72
Extra Single Bed (1 Per Bungalow)  $22

-All rooms with NEW Air Conditioning-

Deposit - A 50% non-refundable deposit payment of the total room bill is required
when making your booking to secure your rooms- (does not apply To Promotion rates)
Payment can be made by Visa/Mastercard (+3% on card transactions)
Child Policy - Age 1-6 inclusive, your child can sleep for free, sharing the parents bed.
Age 7 upwards your child is required to have an extra single bed at $22 per night.
Sales Tax (VAT) - All Room Rates Include 10% Lao Government Sales Tax (VAT)
Room Occupancy- Only 2 Adults Per Room (Apart From Extra Single Bed Guest)
